Reading, Writing, Study Skills Tutor
About
have been a tutor at the college level for psychology classes, statistics classes, and study skills. I tutored students in both introductory classes and upper level classes. As a study skills tutor, I helped students adjust their study plans to better implement their learning strategies. I also have my College Reading and Learning Association certification as a tutor. I got my certification through Plymouth State University. I will be graduating law school in a few months, so I have great writing, reading comprehension, and speaking skills. I was part of the honors programs in both undergrad and law school. I also have worked with children frequently. I used to babysit and be a children's librarian throughout high school and college. What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I first like to understand where they are having trouble in a specific subject. I also like to know how they best learn so that I am able to tailor my approach to be most beneficial to the student.

I was a children's librarian and worked with children all through high school and college.
