I have three years teaching experience in grades 7-12, and received a bachelor's degree in English and a master's degree in English Education from Ohio State. What I love about teaching is fostering a sense of curiosity and confidence in young learners, so they have a foundational set of skills for future growth. Whether the tutoring session is a quick review or a deeper introductory lesson, I focus on building both subject area mastery and independent inquiry and learning skills for lifelong achievement.
