I strive to make learning fun! I want all of my students to feel as though they not only have a better understanding of what they are learning but also had a great time while doing that. My goal is make math a subject that students want to learn and possibly teach in the future.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
My first step is always building a foundation of trust. I need to understand what the student is specifically struggling with and what style of teaching the student will best connect with.
Once I am understanding of how the student learns best, I then work through the difficult curriculum with the student, allowing more independence with each problem. Eventually the student will be able to work through the math problems by themselves.
I am always encouraging of questions to better the understanding of the curriculum. I want my studens to be curious about math.
