First, I have a master degree in computer sicence and computational math. So I have a solid background in these areas and I am able to help.
Second, I have 3 year teaching experience at university and 5 year industry expeirence at work, and I grow good communication skiils from these expeirences.
Third, I am a paitient listener and supervisor. I pay careful attention to my student's work and find out their room for improvement.
Last but not least, I am a person with theoretical background and practical background combined. I can not only teach theoretical knowledge but also teach you how you can apply your skills in real practice.
I enjoy sharing my knowledge as well as my learning experience.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I have different patterns in working different students.
Some students are motivated and bring their own questions. Then I just work with them to help them resolve their questions. From the question they ask, I can observe their weakness and I will give them some follow-up question to make sure they are getting stronger in their weak areas. If I don't observe an improvement, I will bring more excercises to them to stengthen their weak points until I see significant improvement.
Some students are looking for overall improvement in their subjects. For this type of students, I go through their lectures, homework and exams with them. In such a process, I will recognize the areas that they need to improve and spend more time on that area.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked as teaching assistant for 2 years at university. During that period, I need to hold office hours to answer questions, mark students' assignments and exams, and giving them tutorials.
