Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I seem approachable so that students feel comfortable bringing thier questions to me. Once they bring thier questions or concerns to my notice, I interact with them so that we figure out a solution together, leaving the student with more self-belief than before our interaction. My process relies on practicing a non-judgemental stance with students while answering questions, with the overall goal being to inspire them to become an effective engineer.
