I believe the best way to understand a subject is to explain and discuss with others. I have been tutoring in math and science for the past 10 years for ages elementary and up, and currently am pursuing a PhD in statistics, helping numerous students with homework, projects, and questions as a teaching assistant. I am passionate about mathematics, statistics, and the sciences, and fluent in English, French and Spanish.

I hired Dino for daughter who was struggling in her college math class. Dino was able to do in person session. Which we preferred. He was very easy to work with. He made sure she understood the concept before working on the next problem. He also gave her some extra worksheets to prepare her for the quiz in class and checked with her after the quiz. Overall great experience and will definitely hire him again.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
We can have a short (15min) call clarifying what the student needs help with, and what times are best for the student.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have extensive experience with 1-on-1 tutoring in Mathematics and science. I have a bachelor's in Applied Mathematics and a Master's in Statistics.
What types of students have you worked with?
I am happy to say I have worked with students of all ages in abilities, and have been fortunate to volunteer with organizations like Seattle MESA and FEPPS to serve diverse student populations and individuals.
