I’ve been offering personalized math tutoring services tailored to each student's unique learning style since 2020. If you're seeking to strengthen your math skills, I’d love to come along side you to make math make sense, and develop good studying habits tailored to how you learn. Even if all you need a quick and concise explanation of a concept, I’d love to help! I learned to love math after a tutor did the same for me in Algebra 2, and I am passionate about doing the same for others. I have a bachelor’s in Software Development. If you want your child to get a head start in programming, I can help them build their first project on Scratc

I am a recent graduate of Penn State University with a degree in Middle-Level Education (Grades 4-8). I have an extensive background in math since that is my subject of focus. I have previous experience working with students in general math classes, Algebra I, and geometry but have studied through Calculus III. I am a certified teacher in Pennsylvania. I love working with students and seeing them grow. My favorite moments from teaching are seeing students have that "Aha!" moment where they finally understand something they have been struggling with....

Hi! I’m a high school student who enjoys both math and science and loves helping others understand these subjects in a simple, stress-free way. I tutor students from elementary through high school in math and basic science, offering help with homework, test preparation, and breaking down difficult concepts step-by-step. I’m patient, encouraging, and always willing to explain things in different ways until it makes sense, with a focus on building confidence rather than just getting answers. I offer flexible sessions after school or on weekends, either online or in person, and I’m happy to work with students who need extra support or just want

I'm just a high school kid, so I'm pretty chill. I'm available at virtually any time, and I'll always do my best to help with anything. It genuinely does make my day to know that I helped someone. Plus, I do genuinely enjoy math, so tutoring is always fun.

My situation was unique. I had serious epileptic seizures during high school resulting in multiple brain surgeries and a long, challenging recovery. Matt entered my life during this time; I still had assignments to complete before graduation and an impending SAT exam, so I met with Matt twice a week and learned the essential concepts of writing and reading comprehension. While math was my strong suit, Matt helped me identify some earlier math concepts that needed refreshing. My initial SAT score prior to my relationship with Matt was 1260, but, after tutoring, I received a 1510 and was accepted by my school of choice for pre-med studies. I continue to meet with Matt two or three times per week during my undergraduate studies for more advanced writing strategies. I cannot imagine a better academic mentor than I have found with Matt.

Due to sickness, my daughter missed a couple of weeks of school and was left with a dozen of makeup work. Alliea worked with my kid for the entire quarter to help her with maths, and it paid off!!! Thank you for your patience and ability to clearly and your sense of humor to explain those concepts!

My daughter had to write a pre-algebra test in a few days and I was concerned she was struggling. I contacted SoFlo online, expressed my concern and in spite of the tight schedule they moved things around to accommodate my daughter. I witnessed the session and it’s the best thing since sliced bread. I love the teaching method, and that my daughter was offered multiple methods to solve the same problem. I recommend SoFlo highly!
