Antonio Vazquez

I’m a PhD student studying chemistry and have several years of experience teaching undergraduate classes and helping students 1-1. I have primarily worked with college students but have also mentored younger kids in middle school and high school. My aim when teaching is to get to know the student and help them achieve their educational goals. I encourage feedback on my teaching as I see education and especially tutoring as a relationship where the best learning is done when all parties are actively involved in shaping how we proceed. My overall goal with tutoring would be to help students feel confident in their ability to learn and be prepared for the subject they wish to tackle.
