My 2 years of experience in teaching a wide range of subjects has been sucecssful due to my care and attention to each individual student's strengths and weaknesses. I tend to keep a running record of where my students began, and how they have devopled as I teach them. This individually specialized teaching style provides great outcomes for my students knowledge and grades.

Teaching is the fundamental interaction for the continuity of everyone's success. To be successful, you not only have to be good at what you do, but also be able to extend your skills to other individuals. This ability to teach is a characteristic of a good leader as well. I love working with students who are motivated to learn and better their education, there is no greater priviledge than this.
