Lexi's Tutoring

Hello! My name is Lexi and I've been doing 1:1 and small group tutoring for about 7 years. I've worked with 3rd-10th grade in mathematics and English. I was also a teaching assistant at the University of New Mexico for chemistry 1 and 2 as well as organic chemistry 1. I'm qualified in math, science, and English for middle and high school levels, but my expertise is in algebra, chemistry, and reading comprehension!

I value comprehending the material over memorizing and my learning strategies reflect that. My goal is to get students to a place where they are not only comfortable with the material but able to use it to analyze and solve more complex problems. Due to my recent graduation and recently used study techniques I find that my experience helps to understand students and find what methods will work best for them!
