About
Hey! Thanks for looking at my profile! My name is Alex and I'm an engineer during the day. I have strong passion for teaching and helping others understand difficult subjects.
I graduated from the University of Illinois in 2020 with a degree in Aerospace Engineering. During my time there I was part of a team of students that designed and built race cars. The most rewarding part of the whole experience was helping younger members understand difficult topics and help bring their ideas to life.
I tutored through late high school and college and found it extremely fulfilling. Your good grades after our sessions will feel just like wins for me as well.
I truly believe tutoring is a two way street. We navigate difficult concepts together and we both come out of it learning something new. My style leans less on teaching and more on working through concepts together with coaching if you get stuck.
