About
When I was studying for my undergraduate degree, I went through all of the classes that I tutor and know first-hand how to improve your understanding of most Math concepts. My father is a math teacher, and with his help when I was in Middle and High School, I learned a great deal that has helped me ace my STAAR/EOC exams and that I can now share with you. I've been tutoring since being a High School Upperclassmen and have had students ranging from my friends and fellow classmates, to younger middle school students. From your Middle School End-of-Course exams to College Finals, I can help maximize your potential of acing them.
I love helping both younger students and my peers have that "aha moment" when they figure out a concept that they've been struggling with and I hope it may help them to be more confident in themselves.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
For younger students, I usually I ask them what they are having trouble with and to show me an assignment or two that can tell me how the teacher wants their students to work out problems, as no two teachers are the same and some can be very specific. For my peers, who are a bit older, typically we can start right away and I can show them my own methods, as professors and high school teachers tend to not be as strict.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have just graduated college with a BA in Biology and have had first-hand experience with the types of math classes and tests that my students have to study for. Both of my parents are teachers as well, so I have grown up in a classroom and they have instilled in me a love for teaching.
