Seeing the spark in my student's eye when they connect the dots on difficult math concepts makes this career so rewarding. I'll help you think through these tough problems even if math makes you emotional. I have extensive experience working with adults who previously believed or were told they were "bad at math." I'm an expert at gently dissolving that false statement. You just haven't received enough patience and clear explanation. All I ask is you believe it's possible, put in the time, and persist. That's the hardest part, I promise. While working a year at Clark College's Tutoring Center, I earned an International Tutor Training Program Certification (ITTPC) through College Reading & Learning Association (CRLA). I assisted adults of all ages and walks of life on anything from Elementary Mathematics through Trigonometry. I was honored to see them gain confidence and deep understanding.
