I'm a native Japanese speaker currently teaching around 10 kids to teens. I specialize in grammar, vocabulary, writing, and conversation.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
For my pre-teen/teenage students we will follow the Genki textbook curriculum. Instead of working purely from the textbook, I'll habe summarized slides that'll be easier and more efficient to study from. We will start off with writing and basics, and will progress into grammar and vocabulary. And most importantly, we will make sure to have as much fun in the process!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a Japanese tutor for 6 years now and have been teaching the same clients for a couple of years.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
For 2x a week, my hourly rate will be 40/hr.
For 3x a week, my hourly rate will be 35/hr.
