Hello! I'm a local high school student who just so happens to be pretty exceptional at math. I can also teach World History from around 600 BCE up to the modern era, Evolution, Biology, Chemistry, and I am always willing to study a field so that I can explain it well.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Well, usually ill meet them and just talk, get to know them the first time. Of course, this is just a free consultation. We would get to know each other and then talk about what their goals are in my tutoring sessions. I would then lay out a plan based on what they need to learn and how much I think they can understand at once. This might be one or two sessions, or this might be more than that.
If it's just assistance with homework, I would make sure I am well read up on the topic and know that I can answer any questions they have and explain it in different ways since some kids learn differently than others.

I have the option of meeting with students in person under Covid-19 safety requirements. Any materials that might be used temporarily will be sanitized, I will be wearing a mask, and I can also wear disposable gloves if that would make you and your family more comfortable. I will also be doing online Zoom meetings. These will be one on one and personalized to each student.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All i have really is that im an ambitious highschool student that helps my younger brother with homework. He has a severe case of ADHD, so i have a good understanding of how to make kids like him focus on school work.

Generally, I will charge around 12 dollars an hour for any type of education. This can always be reduced depending on people's situation
