Hannah's Tutoring

If you need help with your writing, whether for an English class, college applications or anything else; I am here for you. I have experience writing and editing research papers, scientific papers, analytical essays, news stories and reviews. Writing is one of the most important and necessary skills in any subject, and I can help you strengthen yours.

I am a college freshman at Northeastern University in Boston, MA who is passionate about journalism, politics, literature and art. I am currently pursuing a major in media and screen studies and political science and a minor in communications. Last semester I studied abroad in Rome, where my love of history and art grew immensely.

I believe that everyone has a different style of learning and that it is important for tutors to tailor their lessons to each student. As your tutor I promise to help you in any and all possible ways. I also know from experience that tutoring is what the student makes of it. If you put in the work and try your best, you can be sure that I will too, and I guarantee that you will see your grades improve.

Beyond the subjects listed, I am also well versed in organizational skills and am happy to work on that, as well as focus and task management with you. I can also help you with college applications.

In high school I took AP English Language and Composition and AP English Literature. In the social studies, I took IB Social Anthropology, IB Psychology, IB Economics, AP US Government and AP US History. I received As in all of those classes. I also took AP Biology, AP Statistics and IB Math Studies, as well as many other non IB or AP courses.
