My name is Allison Paliotta, and I graduated from Boston College in May 2025. I majored in Economics with a minor in Finance and completed additional coursework in creative writing. I have several years of experience working as a teaching assistant for college students and tutoring high school-age students. I taught English 15 years at Noble and Greenough school, mostly to juniors and seniors. I developed an approach to writing designed to address students' dislike of writing as meaningless hoop-jumping; instead, i think the creative apaect of all writing, even essays on literature, is essential. Finally, my hope is that every student recognizes the importance of his or her voice as unique, and that it deserves to be refelcted in writing.
