Having worked on academia related to film, online publication, public speaking, and literature criticism, I am a well-rounded ELA and Writing tutor.
I can work with highschool students who need to buff up their grammar skills or college students who are having a hard time formulating their thesis statements.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor’s degree in English with a Concentration in Creative Writing from Loyola University New Orleans. My academia has consisted of screen and script writing, with a strong focus on film criticism. I am currently earning a Master's degree in Writing for Film and Television at Emerson College.
I have professional experience as an English and Speech teacher, with a focus on composition, research, American Literature, and public speaking at the high school level.
My outside interests involve the editorial scene, where I was the Editor-In-Chief of the Critical and Creative Arts publication at LOYNO. My column focused on documentary ethics and filmmaking. I was also the Senior Editor/Associate Director of the Women's Resource Center’s Feminist Forum and Secretary of Sigma Tau Delta.
