What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I will ask what class they are in and we will start with where they think they are having problems. From there it is practice makes perfect. I will explain how to solve the problem and have them practice variations until they understand. We will also review parts of the class that they do understand as most of the time those set the foundation for harder material.
