Hi! My name is Filipp, I currently live in St Pete with my 14 year old daughter, Acacia. I work for Chase and getting my second BS in Cybersecurity. My first education is in Business Management and Accounting.
I have math tutoring experience helping my own daughter with her homework every day. Now I have decided to start helping other students to achieve their goals and get a better understanding of mathematics.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
First, I build a rapport with my students to make them feel more confident. Then I test their level in the subject and identify gaps in knowledge. I help my students to be better mathematicians and show them how math can be fun!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have BS in Accounting and Business Management and currently on my last semester of my second BS in Cybersecurity and Technology. I have always been passionate about math, especially Algebra.

I charge $30 for an online session via Skype or Zoom (one hour) and $40 for in-house lesson (within 10 mile radius of 33702)
I have an 8-5 job, so I am available after 5 pm. on weekends and on most weekends.
How did you get started teaching?
I have been teaching my daughter. Now I want to start helping other students.
