Hi, I’m Tanish, a recent University of South Florida graduate passionate about supporting and uplifting students. As a Resident Assistant for five semesters, I cared for a community of 92 students, helped resolve challenges with calmness and empathy, and built engaging programs that brought people together. I also matched 33 students with mentors, learning how powerful it is to truly understand each individual’s goals and voice.

I bring a patient, friendly, and structured approach to every interaction. I break things down clearly, adapt to each student’s needs, and create a space where questions and mistakes are part of learning and growth.

I’m dependable, attentive, and flexible, and I take pride in helping students feel safe, confident, and supported every step of the way.
