Hi! My name is Lisa Schuler and I am a retired elementary school teacher from Western New York. I taught grades kindergarten through third for 35 years receiving highly effective marks on my annual performance reviews. I love watching a child’s face light up when they learn something new for the first time. I have relocated to Clearwater, Florida and would love to tutor reading and/or writing to your child.
I specifically focus on reading as I'm a specialist and have taught reading my entire career. I have 2 Masters in Education- one is Elementary Education and the second is Educational Leadership. I have tutored in addition to my reading specialist position in Hillsborough County for the past 7 years and had major impact in a number of kiddos lives. I am part of a team of curriculum specialists who have turned around a historically underperforming school and maintained that performance for the last 2 years. Utilizing these skills with the students I tutor, has helped me help them acheive their highest potential.

I have been teaching children to read for 20 years, specializing in the teaching of beginning reading skills. Most of my classroom teaching years have been spent in the Kindergarten classroom, although I have taught 1st grade & 3rd grade, as well. Currently, my work has brought me to train other teachers to help develop their own readers. During my years in the classroom, I found that although some students met expectations for going on to 1st grade from Kindergarten, they just weren't strong enough as readers to sustain in 1st grade. I offer summer tutoring for Kindergarten students with low reading achievement, w

Hi there! My name is Maximilian. I teach high school English, and I have been a tutor for nearly 10 years, focusing on helping students learn to write well. I got my start tutoring while attending college in Miami, where I was asked to help fellow students--both ESL and native speakers--improve their writing. Since then, I've tutored and taught Literature, Public Speaking and English.
As for my own education (for those who do their due diligence), I graduated from a local private school with a 4.53 GPA. I was a National Merit Scholar Finalist and scored a 2250 on the SAT. In college, I took nearly 150 credit hours in a variety of disciplines

Hello, I am a Florida certified teacher available for tutoring and assistance with distance learning/E-learning! I love working with all ages, and am confident with all subject areas. I strongly support educational creativity in collaboration with today's technology. I have just completed the school year as a distance learning elementary/middle school teacher, and have current and relevant knowledge of virtual resources and virtual E-learning content. I do, however, believe in life away from the computer and technology, and incorporate that into my teaching as well. I am available for summer work and have my own reliable transportation. I am
