Subject saviors really helped me when I was struggling in calculus! There tutors helped me to understand the material from the textbook, and have good knowledge in how to teach others rather than giving out answers. I also know many kids who have worked at this business, they make good $$$ and get experience in a good first job. Parents, use this tutoring company!😁

Corrine has been great to work with. She made sure my daughter received tutoring sessions quickly. She has also worked around my daughter’s school schedule. The tutors that have worked with my daughter have been very knowledgeable and helpful. She did have different tutors for the first couple sessions, but Corrine worked quickly to get her a permanent tutor.

The experience was great. Corinne did a great job trying to gauge the knowledge of my son and guideline him thru the steps to tackle every physics problem. Also she provided and overview of things that needed to be accomplish in order to accomplish the goal. We were very satisfied with the experience and will hire them again for this coming year.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?

Our tutors begin by getting to know the student's strengths and weaknesses, as well as what they hope to gain from working with us. We recognize that everyone learns differently and because of this, we do our best to tailor the teaching in a way that best matches the student. This can mean anything from writing up notes for reference to creating a practice test, and we will discuss with the student from the beginning how they feel they will learn best.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We believe in tutoring for students by students, this means that we are able to provide your child with tutors that can better relate to them and explain concepts in a more understandable way than a traditional lecture.

All of our tutors have received an A in the class that they are tutoring, at a high school or college level, and in the case of AP classes they have received a 4 or 5 on the AP exam. Our SAT/ACT test prep tutors have scores of at least 34 out of 36 on the ACT and 1500 out of 1600 on the SAT and have been trained in our test prep methodology.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
