About
At Subject Saviors, we help you get the grades by building REAL understanding of the material. We do this through personalizing your practice problems, study guides, and practice tests. Our tutors can help you build your knowledge in any subject, at an affordable price.
Our tutors say their favorite part of tutoring is the “aha” moment when the concept clicks for the client. They love the challenge of finding the client’s unique style of learning and watching their confidence in the material grow.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Our tutors begin by getting to know the student's strengths and weaknesses, as well as what they hope to gain from working with us. We recognize that everyone learns differently and because of this, we do our best to tailor the teaching in a way that best matches the student. This can mean anything from writing up notes for reference to creating a practice test, and we will discuss with the student from the beginning how they feel they will learn best.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We believe in tutoring for students by students, this means that we are able to provide your child with tutors that can better relate to them and explain concepts in a more understandable way than a traditional lecture.
All of our tutors have received an A in the class that they are tutoring, at a high school or college level, and in the case of AP classes they have received a 4 or 5 on the AP exam. Our SAT/ACT test prep tutors have scores of at least 34 out of 36 on the ACT and 1500 out of 1600 on the SAT and have been trained in our test prep methodology.
