Retired math teacher who loves helping students improve their math skills and even view math as their best subject. New to Florida (3 yrs) and have been tutoring 4th - 11th graders.

I am currently a professor specializing in Energy Management and Building Automation Systems, and with over 17 years of experience as a math tutor supporting students across various levels. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, a Master's in Business Administration, and a Master's in Early Childhood Education. My diverse academic background and long-standing teaching and tutoring experience allow me to adapt to different learning styles, explain complex concepts clearly, and help students build both confidence and mastery in their subjects.

1 am currently graduted from University of Florida with Astronomy major, and back in school with my second degree taking: Computer Science.I would like to teach mathematical and other related to Astronomy problems ; and I am sure I will be a good teacher. If you need help, I am the right one and willing to help. It is my big pleasure when my students improve their grades after mine teaching.

Make the math relatable and relevant. Talk to the students in such a way that builds the love of learning by being successful where they previously struggled and became frustrated. I get excited when the student has there "ah hah" moment and they realize that it is easier than they thought. Their confidence grows and then their courage to venture where they previously ran from the unknown.
