I myself am an International Student in the USA doing my Sophomore year this FALL 2020. I would like to help my students to know the right and quickest way to solve the problem in front of you so they can get more time and focus on difficult questions. TBH I am just giving this thing a try I am not sure if students like me are allowed to work like this. So lets meet and learn something in an interesting way.
It's a way for me to interact with other people and be less introvert and shy and I think if I do this work I will be natural, more informative and more responsive. That's what I enjoy

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
For me, it is to understand his/her background and knowledge before teaching anything. This will help me formulate a plan to build on it or how to reconstruct their knowledge for students better understanding of concepts.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an International Undergraduate University Student which gives me an advantage as I can help the student to some extent for their carrier path as different countries specialise in a different field and Yes I said "Countries". We can talk about it more later but I have understood one thing very early in an age that some subjects are very important even if it doesn't math your field in the future. Feel free to ask and I will hopefully be able to answer your question.
