Out of the Box!! Working with me will remove the box of traditional lessons. I challenge myself to create lesson that help a student not only acquire new skills but also be able to apply them with ease and confidence. I believe that helping a student make connections between a skill and how to apply it in everyday life is what creates meaning.

I am a 23-year veteran educator who has worked K-12th grade. My roles have included a classroom teacher, reading specialist, dyslexia interventionist, math interventionist, and special education provider. I still go to work after these years and love it! I find joy in the chaos because I find that learning happens in all things. We can find way to create growth and learning even in the most funny, interesting or offbeat circumstances.
