We were thrilled with Lara! We began tutoring with her for our third grader, who brought home a “2” in Math on her report card. After one quarter of working with Lara, our third grader’s Math score went from a “2” to a “4”: the highest score available. When we began, our child had started to hate math, and was beginning to say things like, “I’m bad at math.” Lara quickly turned our child’s attitude around so that our child began to enjoy math and have confidence in her ability. Lara made the tutoring sessions fun, and tailored the focus to match whatever our child was learning in school at the time. Lara sent weekly reports as to how each tutoring session went, and noting our child’s successes and areas where our child still needed work. While working with her, Lara also raised a question about a vision issue that our child was struggling with, bringing this to our attention so that we could get the issue assessed and treated. Without Lara, we would not even have known that our child was having this issue. We greatly appreciate how Lara helped our child.

I liked that Jason would always break things down in a way that was easier for me to understand. I liked that he would draw pictures, he would work all the problems me on paper & give me the notes so I could study them. He was also flexible with meeting times & places that were convenient for me. I cannot say enough about him! Jason is an amazing teacher and I’m so grateful to have found him to tutor me for my college statistics course.

My teenage twins are both being tutored by Paul. One is being tutored in Algebra 2 and the other is being tutored in AP calculus. They both said that he's a better math teacher than their current teachers! He's very responsive to questions, easy to schedule with using calendly, and is very passionate about tutoring! I wish we found him sooner. My son got a B+ on his math final (which is a huge improvement) and my daughter got an A on her calc final! Paul is fantastic!

Alix is INCREDIBLE! I have never had a teacher who can explain something as well as Alix can. He will go through problems step by step with you and make sure you understand every little part of the problem. Great tutor!

My daughter had to write a pre-algebra test in a few days and I was concerned she was struggling.
