What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Typically a person contacts me because their child is struggling in math. We talk about the issues and make an appointment to meet the math student. Math student typically begins to excel at not only assignments, but understanding abstract concepts.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have taught a lot of math at various places for 15 years. I taught at 3 public schools, a juvenile detention center, an after school tutoring program I started and ran for over a decade and at was the assistant director of a mathnasium.
