I help low-grade students become high-grade students.
In my weekly sessions, students receive academic, psychological, emotional, sensory and skill support.
High quality instruction based on the child's specific way of learning is provided while in balance with support on skills such as organization, perseverance, confidence, time management, self-responsibility, etc...
I love helping students to see that they have everything they need inside to improve and even excel in their understanding of material while feeling good about themselves because I didn't have that growing up and I see how much it propels everything for them when they receive the type of support I provide.
Jennifer worked wonders both academically and motivationally to help my daughter for two years of her high school. Math concepts became understandable and homework and tests became manageable. And Jennifer helped in other subjects as well and also with overall organization, study habits and goal-setting. I highly recommend 'Inspired Students' for great results!
Jennifer Dilly provided my daughter with math tutoring many years back. My daughter still uses some of the tips and tools that Jennifer provided. Jennifer is an excellent teacher who uses techniques and styles that empowers the child to learn and grow. She also has interpersonal skills that makes learning fun!
In the beginning, I build relationship with the student. I get to know their likes and dislikes, listen to what they’re struggling with and start by assessing them and finding where they are at academically while observing their ways of working while showing them I care and am there for them. We then begin working on their highest needs using my own resources and strategies that will help them most.
Sessions are in-person or via webcam if need be.

I began working with K-6 graders in an after-school program, called Discovery Club through San Juan Unified. After working with students for 8 years through this program and doing my coursework at CSU Sacramento, I began teaching.
All types: ADD, ADHD, students with medical struggles including diabetes and depression, second language learners, visual and auditory students as well as severely low academic students and above grade-level students.
I would advise a student or parent seeking services, to be sure they feel that they can get along with the educator who’s going to help them, heard and concerns understood and addressed as well as being assessed in the beginning to verify for high quality instruction and coaching. I would also advise them to be sure that whomever will be assisting them through progressing in academics is guaranteeing there will be consistent communication and collaboration through the process of learning and improving.
