I am currently an undergraduate student studying Neuroscience at UCLA. I graduated from Santa Margarita High School in 2019 with a weighted GPA of 4.45. I have been tutoring professionally for over 3 years, both privately and in colleges. I can drive to you, meet at a public location, or meet through zoom. I teach Math and English ranging from elementary school up to college levels. As for my teaching style, I tend to observe the way each of my students comprehends material and teach them in the manner that best suits their needs.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
My firsy step is understanding how the student learns best. that way I can shape the way I teach them to what suits them best. Over a few sessions I also learn if there are any altermnative ways to help the student learn. Rather than teaching a student strictly how to do something, I show them how it is applied in a way to help them best understand the material.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am currently in college studying Neuroscience. I have taken Calculus courses and have excelled in all my math courses. I have been a tutor for over a year and have many satisfied customers.
