Through the active duty military years including time served with public works department(PWD), City of San Diego, I have developed learning using a variety of hands-on activities and various forms of technology.
By incorporating open-ended questions, instructor-student/mentee discussions on SAT Mathematics preparation and cooperative learning has made it possible to facilitate a highly interactive and inquisitive room atmosphere. My background included a BSME (Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering), certified as an Engineer-in-Training and a MCE (Masters in Civil Engineering) majoring in water resources/environmental but had worked in PWD Construction Management Field Engineering for over 20 years made it possible to succeed even when the rigors of the exam seemed complex.
