I have personally put in over 300 hours of SAT prep, with great success. At first, I scored a 1300 on my PSAT. Through much personal experimentation, I was able to create a study method which was simple, efficient, and most importantly, very effective. Through this process I was able to increase my score to a near-perfect 1580 out of 1600, placing me in the top 1% of test-takers. I am confident that my instruction will be able to help any student meet their SAT goals.

I have streamlined this process into a teachable format so that I can remove the stressful guesswork and allow my students to make the same kinds of SAT score improvements in much less time than it took for me.

I love that I get to see my students grow more confident in their abilities and discover how to be independent learners. I believe these are the most important things for any student to have, and I enjoy being able to equip them with the tools to succeed not only on the SAT, but in school as well.

First, I will discuss the student's SAT goals. We will then go over general information about the test and discuss techniques and strategies for improving the student's scores. As we have more sessions together, we will uncover the student's weaknesses and have more in-depth lessons tackling those weaknesses. Weekly homework will be assigned, and participation will be essential for maximum improvement.

I have put over 300 hours into my own SAT prep, and countless more hours into researching new study techniques and strategies. I was able to increase my score almost 300 points over the course of just under a year.

Pricing is competitive, and will vary based on the type of lesson. I will match any competitor's offer.

Individual lessons are offered at $40/hr

Group lessons are offered at $24/hr

I will include one (1) free lesson for new students.

After I scored well on my SAT, I have been getting requests from friends and underclassmen to teach them how to improve their scores. I have since been helping others with their questions about the SAT, and I am now beginning to take a more formatted approach to teaching. My goal is to equip students with the knowledge they need to continue their practice independently, even without the need for a tutor.

I generally work with high school students between the ages of 15-16.
