Victoria R. says, "Jeff was very knowledgeable and professional. He taught my son at his level and pace without pushing too much information to fast. Jeff also would send a video and a few practice problems in between sessions which was very helpful. I also appreciated that Jeff would fill me in after each session on what they were working on and the progress. My son really enjoyed working with Jeff and I would definitely recommend him ." Patricia C. says, "We hired Theo and his team this summer for private work in Science. Our tutor was a former Middle School teacher who had a the background in marine biology. My boy was asking about the session every day and after was learning more on his own about marine life, dinousars, and other animals. The classes have captured his attention. I rated StudentCircle highly for Professionalism and Subject Expertise. I also appreciate that the cost is reasonable compared with other individuals I chatted with. Thank you! We will be continuing in the Fall." Read more

Reviews for Everett English tutors

Macy L.
My situation was unique. I had serious epileptic seizures during high school resulting in multiple brain surgeries and a long, challenging recovery. Matt entered my life during this time; I still had assignments to complete before graduation and an impending SAT exam, so I met with Matt twice a week and learned the essential concepts of writing and reading comprehension. While math was my strong suit, Matt helped me identify some earlier math concepts that needed refreshing. My initial SAT score prior to my relationship with Matt was 1260, but, after tutoring, I received a 1510 and was accepted by my school of choice for pre-med studies. I continue to meet with Matt two or three times per week during my undergraduate studies for more advanced writing strategies. I cannot imagine a better academic mentor than I have found with Matt.
