About
For my younger students (K-12) I offer a FREE online classroom to keep busy while school is out for the year. This helps students stay on task at home and helps relieve parents from having to form a curriculum. I post assignments every day that cover all common core topics, making them work throughout the day as they would in school!
For my older students, I offer FREE help on days when we do not have a session scheduled. For example, if a student has a question on a certain problem in their homework, they are welcome to text or email me a picture of the problem and I do my best to help them through instructional videos. Basically, students do not have to wait until our next session to ask me a question!
I love that "A-HA!" moment when a student finally understands a concept that was so difficult for them beforehand. It brings me great joy to see students come to life with confidence and determination once they see and unlock all the things they are capable of.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I use our first session to determine what level a student might be at and what learning style works best for them. Afterwards, I plan all my following sessions with a lesson plan custom-made to the student that will cover foundations that I believe they might not have mastered yet and build from there.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have tutored at a local community college and a tutoring center called Mathnasium. I have also tutored students individually and privately in either their home or a public setting since 2009.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
I charge $20/hour, but access to my K-12 online classroom is free as well as "after-hours" homework help.
