Kristen C Tutoring

Hi there! My name is Kristen and I’d love to tutor kids K-12 in math, reading development, science, or anything at the elementary level. I completed about half of a masters in teaching during my undergrad at UVA and would be happy to put those skills to good use! I enjoy teaching, tutoring, and learning. I work in finance full time and clients often appreciate my drive to learn to the point of being able to explain concepts to others in simple terms. I am patient, fun, and love working with kids of all ages! I’m confident I can meet your student where they are and help develop their proficiency in a number of areas. I’m a science and math nerd at heart and spend much of my free time reading. I’m happy to develop or find great resources, use a program you have in mind, or help with homework and summer learning!
