About this tutor

Personalized in individualized tutoring.  I have homeschooled all four of our children, and they have all excelled in math. I can meet needs of a variety of ages and math levels and have much experience in helping students feel confident in their math abilities.  I LOVE math and can help most students overcome any dislike they may have for the subject!

I love working with students and helping them to understand and become confident that they can learn and overcome any struggles they may be having.  I also really enjoy math and helping students learn to enjoy it too.

Mrs. Rawlings was quickly able to decipher what skills my daughter already knew and what she needed. This intentionality and focus was very effective in moving her forward in her learning! Mrs. Rawlings was also engaging and professional!

She was incredibly helping and very patient. She made sure I understood everything before moving on and was very good at explaining things to me in a way that I would understand.

She was extremely willing to work with me whenever convenient for the both of us. Her diligent work ethic really aided me in my college statistics class. Her dedication to be caught up with what I was working on and to check in on my progress surpassed my expectations. I am so thankful to her for helping me pass the hardest class I have ever taken. I would recommend her to anyone who would ask.

Rena helped give my teenage son the confidence and test taking skills to surpass his expectations for a college-level math entrance exam. Rena has a calm, peaceful and knowledgeable temperament that she teaches from. She is also very flexible.Hiring Rena as a tutor is a super deal!
