Lukas Hering

Hello! I'm Lukas Hering, a Math and Computer Science instructor based in Arlington, VA. Being knowledgeable in both Math and Computer Science, I am able to tutor a wide range of students across a large number of subjects. I hold two bachelor's degrees from the University of Minnesota. One in Mathematics and another in Computer Science. As a student, I was very successful academically. In High School, I scored a 34 on the ACT and received a perfect score on both the Math and Science sections. I also scored a 5 on the AP Calculus BC exam and the AP Computer Science A exam. Likewise, in college, I graduated having a 4.0 GPA.

In addition to being knowledgeable in the subject areas mentioned above, I also have a significant amount of experience teaching. I have 4 years of experience tutoring students ranging from middle school to the undergraduate level. I have taught students privately and in a classroom setting.
