I have always been interested in learning & teaching as it is a two-way process to achieve the desired outcome. I have been in the profession of teaching:
1. Elementary to High school (18+years)
I am very passionate about teaching children. Young children's foundation for success in further education and life depends on the foundation of learning provided in the earlier growing years. I aspire to offer them learning, resources and support to nurture their growth. I teach English, ESL, Math, Science, Social studies. I can assist with specialized test prep.
2. Bachelor's & Master's (10+ years)
I am highly experienced in private tutoring, group classes, coaching (life, subjective, psychological wellbeing, career) and mentoring students during my stint as a professor at B.S and M.S levels in colleges in various fields of Microbiology, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Bioinformatics, and other specialties.

Post this, I will create a workplan strategy to achieve the outcome that is most essential & conducive to achieving a collective outcome successfully. And the progress will be measured and monitored on a regular basis, depending on the duration of the classes.
I devise customized learning resources and strategies depending on individual needs, and it will be fluidic and subject to changes as deemed fit to support rapid growth & progress to achieve set goals.
Having pursued a Ph.D (Sci) in Biotechnology from Institute of Chemical Technology @ Mumbai, a premier institute in Asia, has taught and more importantly, refined many skills essential to teaching, research, communication, visualization, analysis, time management, soft skills, technical skills, coordination, collaboration, planning, meticulous execution, improvising, among others.
I will be adaptive to emerging needs/ sudden changes that might warrant immediate attention and new direction/strategy.
