I, Dr. David James Wallace, am pursuing a career change after acquiring my doctorate in Education Technology. I have been performing the following roles over the past few decades, including:

1) Computer Repair: 30+ years

2) Curriculum Development: 14+ years

3) Incident Management: 14+ years

a. Working with vendors (Microsoft, CISCO, Oracle, other smaller entities)

b. Federal Agencies (DoD, DHS & components, FDIC, GSA)

c. Cyber Security Incident include spillage, denial of service attacks, SPAM, phishing, the list is endless)

4) Shift Manager: 6+ years

5) Deputy Director of Enterprise Management Cybersecurity environment: 2+ years

From the listed roles above and the several years of research that I performed from my degree in education for both my master’s degree with Strayer and my doctorate degree with the University of Phoenix, I have a plethora of resources regarding research and gathering of statistical data for any project or role.
