When I tutor I evaluate the students needs and also look at the Texas standards for their grade level in order to give the very best tutoring experience. I have 6 years of teaching experience and love working with students on a one-on-one basis to help with their needs.
I love when a student begins to understand a concept that was initially hard for them to understand. I also enjoy working with a student to see their interests and how we can connect those interests to their learning. It makes the lesson more meaningful when the student makes a connection.
