Cassie Martin

I have worked as a Special Education English teacher at the high school level for 10 years. I have worked in Carrollton-Farmers Branch ISD and currently work in Frisco ISD.

I am currently certified in English, Language Arts and Reading, ESL, and Special Education.

I have also co-taught many subjects over the years such as, U.S. History (one of my favorites), World Geography, Governent and Economics, and Biology (my least favorite).

I feel the services I can provide stand out because of my specialization in so many content areas and my experience with such a variety of kiddos.

I have prepped many students for the dredded STAAR Tests and SAT during their junior and senior years.

I am confident in what I do and my ability to teach just about anything (except Math since it is my weakness, however, with some preparation, I am sure I could help with it as well.

I have 2 kids, my daughter is 12 and is in the advanced academic plan at Lakeside Middle School in Little Elm. She us currently a 6th grader and will be taking 8th grade STAAR this year. She is on the track to enter her Freshman year of high school having already completed her Algebra 1 and Physics course of high school credits. My son is 4 and is attending Pre-K in Frisco ISD.
