I have been in the setvice industry in the greater San Antonio area for over 5 years. As a bank teller, service manager, emergency dispatcher and law enforcement officer, I have written and communicated in the English language for just about every imaginable audience. I am passionate about helping people improve their English skills and learn how to communicate better.
