I have just retired from the US Air Force – Defense Language Institute, where I worked for 13 years with foreign military students. While at DLI, I deployed overseas 9 times (Egypt, Taiwan (2), Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Mozambique, Qatar, Thailand, Bulgaria) and trained all levels using the American Language curriculum.
