What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Upon intake of a new student, I like to asses their situation, where they are at in school (assignments, missed work, grades), I also conduct a small assesment on the student that helps me know where they need help best.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Fahrin Aziz is a Dallas local and a graduate of Parish Episcopal School (’11). She holds a Bachelors degree in Management Information Systems from Southern Methodist University (’15).
She has attended many schools in Dallas, including Good Shepherd Episcopal School and The June Shelton School. She spent her sophomore year of high school at Kodaikanal International School in Tamil Nadu, India. She is familiar with the American school system and the IB program.

Does your child have difficulty completing homework at home? Good News! I will help your child incorporate study skills while also helping them get a head start on their homework and studying.
$100- twice per week for one hour per session
$140- twice per week for 1.5 per session
$150- three times per week for one hour per session
$200- three times per week for 1.5 hours per session

How did you get started teaching?
As a student who struggled her whole life in school with dyslexia, Fahrin is able to relate when school doesn’t come easy to her students. Over the years, in the classroom and as a tutor, she has formed many tips, tricks, and study habits that make school a bit easier and more enjoyable for students like herself.
What types of students have you worked with?
Mrs. Tutor has a wide variety of students aging from 4 to 17 attending many schools all over the Dallas metroplex including Greenhill School, The Episcopal School of Dallas, Parish Episcopal School, Jesuit and Highland Park High School.
Many of her students are college bound in the University of Texas, Texas Christian University, Southern Methodist University, Boston College, University of Southern California and Wakeforest.
