What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I try ti understand if the student is a visual leaner or a more tradional step by step learner. By understanding what works best for the student I can teach them while creating a comfortable atmosphere for them to learn in.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
$20 per hour. I don't want to deprive anybody from the joy of learning based on money! This is also my first outreach to help others and if all goes well I think $20 would be a fair price for me and the student.
How did you get started teaching?
I have always been fond of explaining how to solve problems to people, math is a good excuse to help others in that sense! I needed a side job and I realized that tutoring could be the best use of my knowledge.
