About
My name is Karina. I am a homeschooling mom with an 8-year-old and a 1-year- old. I have been a tutor for 13+ years and I am comfortable tutoring in a variety of subject areas. Some of my experience is in college-level math as well as elementary ELA and math. My experience in volunteering in the academic and after-school settings has given me the opportunity to help children who struggled to keep up with their peers. I enjoy teaching, understand the need for personalized support, and look forward to assisting more families in accomplishing their learning goals and objectives. As a parent, I look forward to easing the minds of those parents who feel helpless when it comes to helping their children grow in their education. I am ready to be the support you didn’t know you needed.
