I have taught EOC classes for student who have issues with STAAR standards as well as 2 yrs of boot camp that focuses solely on persuasive essay writing.
I love what I Do!
I have worked in 4 diffrent High schools and loved every moment of it. I love reading the classics with students and showing them the stories within the story they have never paid attention to before. Watching our young adults gain skills is what I live for!!

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Getting to know them a bit and then finding out the problem areas we can work on to increase their success. Sometimes it's the way we are studying that needs a reboot and tweeking!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BA in English and I am currently working on my masters in teaching with technology.

Dont think just talk sometime you as a student have no clue what you need a good teacher will figure out the issue from just talking to you.
