My Learning Pod
About
Individualized teaching with a certified teacher while taking all the precautions needed during COVID 19. My motto is safety first and giving parents peace of mind that their child is not only safe but learning at the same time in a safe and enriching environment. They will have access to personal instruction which is geared at their learning style which varies by child while following their districts curriculum. The student will also have access to technology as reinforcement.
Although my current certification is in grades 4-8.I enjoy working with all students. I enjoy childrens creativity and learning from them as well. I am a bilingual teacher and have served as the bilingual representative for my school as well. I have been nominated as teacher of the year for my school in the past. I have been teaching for 7 years now and look forward to every year and the challenges it brings. I have plenty of knowledge and expertise to teach the lower grades pk-3.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
My pricing is based on flexibility, times met per week, and personal instruction.
How did you get started teaching?
I learned I had a love for teaching when my first born started Kinder. I found myself constantly volunteering at his school in order to be near and because I simply enjoyed being in a school setting. This motivated me to become a teacher full time.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with all different learning styles. I have had the honor of working with children of all different backgrounds and abilities. Every year has brought me a new set of challenges and I believe it's about embracing those challenges.
