I have a really unique tutoring style because I cater to each student and their learning styles. I am very passionate about mathematics, statistics, and accounting as I am doing a triple major at Southern Methodist University in Dallas. I am currently in my last year at SMU and I have already completed my Statistics Major, certified in Excel and Microsoft office, and recieved the Distuinguished Accounting Scholarship for being an outstanding accounting major. I have been a freelance tutor since my sophmore year of highschool and enjoy teaching other students.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I like to work with students by tackling problem areas, then going back to the basics. If there is not a good foundation in mathematics, then higher level math will not be achievable.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Accounting, Statistics, and Mathematics major. Much of my professional work requires a really good base in mathematics so I think I am pretty good at tutoring these subjects.

I charge $40 an hour for a zoom lesson.
How did you get started teaching?
I started teaching in highschool. When my peers didn't understand something in mathematics, I usually was able to help them understand. I realized that I had some talent on teaching students and helping other people understand math.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with highschool students, SAT prep, college students, and elementary number sense kids.
