What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Making meaningful connections to have a definite starting point and goal we are both workung towards.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 15 yeats experience teaching preschool through 12th grade. I have taught special education, behavior management, anatomy and physioligy, ELA, Math, Social Skills, pathophysiology, medical terminology, science, socual studies, reading, writing, history, all different levels. I specialize in helping stydents with ADHD, Autism spectrum, emotional disturbance, dyslexia, dysgraphia, and other health impairments. I offer patience and kindness.
How did you get started teaching?
I started teaching at my daughters day care and loved it! I continued to learn and grow my teaching abilities with her age level and peers.
